Abstract

processo de fcc para maximização de diesel é descrito um processo para a maximização de destilados médios de fcc que compreende a utilização de dois conversores distintos, operando de forma articulada que busca maximizar a produção de lco para diesel, gerar uma gasolina especificada e reduzir a produção de óleo combustível. o conversor "a" opera com baixo tempo de contato no riser, de 0,2s a 1,5s (preferencialmente de 0,5s a 1,0s) possibilitando uma temperatura de reação mais elevada mesmo em baixa severidade, de 510°c a 560°c (preferencialmente de 530°c a 550°c) e com um catalisador apropriado para a maximização de lco. o conversor "b" possui um sistema catalítico de alta atividade, apropriado para o craqueamento da nafta e od gerados no primeiro conversor. preferencialmente, o conversor "b" dispõe de dois risers separados, o que permite que as temperaturas de reação de reação de cada um sejam ajustadas de forma independente de acrodo com a faixa mais recomendada para maximizar o craqueamento de cada uma das correntes: 530°c a 560°c para o riser de od e 540°c a 600°c para o riser de nafta. a corrente de lco de alta qualidade gerada pelo craqueamento em baixa severidade no conversor "a" não é contaminada com o lco de pior qualidade gerado pelo recraquamento o od no conversor "b", uma vez que cada conversor dispõe da sua própria torre fracionadora. a utilização de baixo tempo de contato como rota para redução de severidade no conversor "a" voltado para a produção d lco de melhor qualidade permite se operar com uma temperatura de reação mais elevada para o mesmo nível de conversão e de qualidade do lco, trazendo maior confiabilidade operacional para a unidade, além de trazer benefícios para o balanço térmico do conversos. em unidade existentes, a melhoria no balanço térmico traz folga ao soprador de ar via aumento da temperatura de carga, bem como abre espaço para o processamento de cargas mais residuais.
