Abstract
Описывается гибкий одноходовой способ гидропереработки исходного сырья на основе тяжелой нефти. Способ использует множество зон введения в контакт и по меньшей мере одну зону разделения для превращения по меньшей мере части исходного сырья на основе тяжелой нефти в более низкокипящие углеводороды с получением облагороженных продуктов. Зоны введения в контакт функционируют в условиях проведения гидрокрекинга с использованием суспендированного катализатора, который содержит активный металлсодержащий катализатор, характеризующийся средним размером частиц, равным по меньшей мере 1 мкм, в углеводородном масле с концентрацией более 500 ч./млн (мас.) активного металлсодержащего катализатора в расчете на исходное сырье на основе тяжелой нефти.
