Abstract

sistema e método para o resfriamento e a extração de cinzas pesadas com aumento da eficiência total da caldeira a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de resfriamento (1) para as cinzas pesadas do tipo apto a ser usado em associação com uma câmara de combustão (2), em particular, para grandes taxas de fluxos de cinzas que derivam, por exemplo, a partir de combustíveis fósseis sólidos em uma unidade de produção de energia, cujo sistema (1) compreende: - uam correia de transporte (31) para transportar as cinzas pesadas, apta a ser disposta abaixo da câmara de combustão (2) e que tem um compartimento de confinamento (3) e uma superfície de transporte (311) equipada com aberturas (9) para a passagem d ar de resfriamento, cuja superfície de transporte (311) está apta a receber as cinzas produzidas na câmara de combustão (2) substancialmente sob a forma de leito contínuo; e - os meios de resfriamento para resfriar as cinzas pesadas recebidas na dita superfície de transporte (311), cujos meios de resfriamento compreendem pelo menos uma região dividida (4) disposta abaixo da dita superfície de transporte (311) e os meios de alimentação forçada (11) para uma alimentação forçada do ar de resfriamento na dita região dividida (4), em que a dita região dividida (4) é configurada de modo a limitar os fluxos de saída do ar alimentado nela, e em que a disposição geral é tal que, em uso, o ar de resfriamento alimentado para a dita região dividida (4) atravessa as ditas aberturas (9) na dita superfície de transporte (311) e no leito das cinzas recebidas nessa última.
