Abstract

Equipo (1) de extracción y enfriamiento de cenizas pesadas del tipo apto para ser utilizado conjuntamente a una cámara de combustión (2), especialmente para grandes cantidades de cenizas que derivan, por ejemplo, de combustible fósil sólido en una unidad de producción de energía, y dicho equipo (1) incluye: una cinta transportadora (31) de las cenizas pesadas, apta a ser puesta por debajo de la cámara de combustión (2) y que presenta una envoltura de contención (3) y una superficie de transporte (311) con aberturas (9) para el paso del aire de enfriamiento, y dicha superficie de transporte (311) es apta para recibir las cenizas producidas en la cámara de combustión (2) en forma de lecho continuo; y medios de enfriamiento de las cenizas pesadas, recibidas en una superficie de transporte (311), que incluyen por lo menos una región compartimentada (4) dispuesta inferiormente a dicha superficie de transporte (311) y medios de aducción forzada (11) del aire de enfriamiento en correspondencia con dicha región compartimentada (4), donde la mencionada región compartimentada (4) está configurada de tal manera que limita las fugas del aire aducido, y donde la disposición global es tal que, en uso, el aire de enfriamiento aducido hacia dicha región compartimentada (4) atraviesa las aberturas (9) de la superficie de transporte (311) y el lecho de ceniza y es redireccionado hacia la cámara de combustión (2) desde su fondo.
