Abstract

Múltiples estaciones de procesamiento catalítico acopladas con un sistema que produce corrientes de gases volátiles a partir de la descomposición de biomasa a temperaturas crecientes discretas o a temperatura constante. Estas estaciones de procesamiento catalítico se pueden programar para aumentar al máximo la conversión de la biomasa en componentes de combustible para aviones. El sistema también puede incluir una estación de procesamiento para someter la biomasa dentro de las estaciones a por lo menos una temperatura de inicio programable (Tⁱₙⁱᶜⁱₒ) y para incrementar una temperatura de la estación de procesamiento individual por incrementos programables (DT) para producir un componente volátil y un componente no volátil. Además, se dan a conocer métodos para la conversión de biomasa y residuo carbonoso en combustible renovable para aviones, diesel y queroseno.
