unidade de tratamento, instalação e método para o tratamento de superfícies de objetos a presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de tratamento de superfície, especialmente para pintura de objetos, especialmente componentes de partes de carrocerias, abrange ao menos um compartimento de tratamento (16), um sistema transportador (52), por meio do qual, os objetos (14) a serem tratados serão transportados para o interior do compartimento de tratamento (16), ao longo de um percurso transportador (70,72,74,76,102,104), atravessando o compartimento de tratamento (16) e sendo novamente transportados para fora do compartimento de tratamento (16). em cada posição do percurso de transporte (70,72,74,76,102,104), cada objeto (14) predetermina uma direção de tranporte 78 tangencial em relação ao percurso de transporte (70,72,74,76,102,104). um sistema aplicadotr (42) abrange ao menos um robô aplicador multiaxial (44,46) que transporta consigo um conjunto aplicador, sendo deslocável ao longo de um percurso de movimentação de robô (60,62,88,90). o sistema transportador (52) e o sistema aplicador (42) são de tal modo conformados que ao menos um robô aplicador (44,46) seletivamente é deslocado na direção de transporte (78) de um objeto (14), com uma componente de movimentação paralela para com direção de transporte (78) do objeto (14) e/ou com uma componente de movimentação em sentido perpendicular para com a direção de transporte (78) do objeto (14). além disso, é indicada uma instalação e um processo para o tratamento de superfícies de objetos.
