Abstract
método de recuperação de nutrientes e usos do mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um m,étodo eficiente de separação de sólido-líquido para tratamento de material de resíduos biológicos. o método contempla a adição de certos polieletrólitos catiônicos (ou "polimeros", conforme usado neste relatório) aos materiais de resíduo biológico antes da separação de sólido-líquido, tal como, centrifugação, dessa forma facilitando bastante a subsequente etapa de separação de sólido-líquido. a porção líquida, depois de separada da porção sólida pelos métodos em questão, pode ser submetida a manipulações adicionais para recuperação dos nutrientes a jusante (tais como precipitação de fosfato e extração de amônia) com eficiência potencialmente melhor, ou pode ser usada diretamente em um número de operações, tal como, um diluente líquido para estoques de abastecimento em uma usina de etanol.
