Abstract
RELÉ DE ALTO DESEMPENHO BIESTÁVEL PE QUENO. A presente invenção refere-se a um relé de alto desempenho biestável pequeno, compreendendo um alojamento de material isolante com uma primeira câmara de alojamento (1b) em que um módulo de contato de fase única (4) com duas barras de distribuição (8a, 8b) e uma mola de contato (13) são dispostos, em que a mola de contato (13) é conectada fixamente com uma extremidade de perna a uma das barras de distribuição (8a) e age com sua outra extremidade de perna livre que transporta pelo menos um contato móvel (2) em pelo menos um contato fixo (21) localizado na segunda barra de distribuição (8b), e em que um módulo de atuador (3) magnético biestável tendo uma armadura pivotável (11) está disposto em uma segunda câmara de alojamento (1a), dita armadura desviando a mola de contato (13) por meio de um dispositivo de saída (6; 23) disposto no alojamento a fim de fechar ou interromper um circuito através das barras de distribuição (8a, 8b). De acordo com a invenção, o módulo de contato (4) e o módulo de atuador (3) são dispostos em um ou mais níveis no alojamento de material isolante, em que o módulo de contato (4) compreende uma mola de contato (13) de múltiplas camadas que é curvada em uma forma de U para formar um loop de corrente eletrodinâmico enquanto o módulo de atuador (3) compreende uma forquilha (14) na forma de U de uma peça tendo pelo menos uma bobina de excitação (17) por membro da forquilha e um membro central da for quilha (16) suportado por um imã permanente plano (15) e em que é monta da uma armadura oscilante (11) na forma de V.
