Abstract
forno de oxidação. a presente invenção refere-se a um forno de oxidação (1) para o tratamento oxidativo de fibras (20), particularmente, para produção e fibras de carbono. em um modo conhecido possui uma câmara de processo (6), que se encontra no interior de uma carcaça (2), pelo menos um dispositivo de sopro (13), pelo menos um dispositivo de sucção (14), pelo menos um ventilador (21), que circula o ar quente pelo dispositivo de sopro (13), a câmara de processo (6) e o dispositivo de sucção (14), e pelo menos um dispositivo de aquecimento (18) situado de corrente o ar quente circulado. polias de desvio (24, 25, 26, 32), guiam as fibras (20) como tapete, à maneira de serpentina, situadas uma ao lado das outras, pela câmara de processo (6), sendo que o tapete de fibras (20), em cada caso, estende um plano entre polias de desvio (24, 25, 26), opostas. por meios especiais (33) fica assegurado que o ar na câmara de processo (6) cruza os planos estendidos pelo tapete de fibras (20) sob um ângulo, que se desvia de 0<198> e de 90<198>. desse modo, é obtida uma troca de calor melhor entre o ar oxidativo quente e as fibras (20).
