Abstract

MEDIDOR DE FLUXO DE FLUIDO A presente invenção se refere a um medidor de fluxo de fluidos e a métodos para medir os diferentes aspectos de fluxo de fluído com um sensor de não contato. Em alguns casos um medidor de fluxo de fluido de engrenagem é proporcionado com uma câmara de fluído que é selada com uma porção de cobertura portando o sensor de não contato. Um membro de separação opcional pode ser localizado entre a porção de cobertura e a câmara para selar a câmara. Em alguns casos a porção de cobertura e/ou membro de separação são configurados para transmitir a luz visível para permitir a visualização da câmara de fluido, através da seleção do material e/ou da presença das cavidades de visualização dentro do material. O medidor de fluxo é opcionalmente configurado para evitar ou reduzir a transmissão de radiação ambiental dentro do medidor de fluxo para reduzir a probabilidade de que a mesma possa afetar adversamente um sensor ótico de não contato usado para detectar o movimento de engrenagens dentro da câmara.
