Abstract
sistema ejetor para classificador de cor. o propósito da presente invenção é fornecer um sistema ejetor para um classificador de cor, sendo que o sistema ejetor tem excelente desempenho de limpeza e manutenção. um sistema ejetor (8) para um classificador de cor elimina matéria particulada através de ar com base no resultado da detecção da queda de matéria particulada de uma extremidade de um meio de transferência (6) em uma posição predeterminada, e é caracterizado por ser configurado a partir de uma parte de bocal (20) na qual uma pluraridade de trajetos de fluxo de ar (27) que se comunica com uma pluraridade de oríficios de bocal (21) é formada, e uma parte da tubulação (30) que é dotada de uma pluraridade de válvulas eletromagnéticas (35a, 35b) que se comunica com um espaço de ar (40) se comunica com uma fonte de ar comprimido e na qual uma pluralidade de trajetórias de fluxo de ar (37) para suprir ar comprimido aos trajetos de fluxo correspondentes (27) na parte de bocal (20) pela operação das respectivas válvulas eletromágnéticas é formada, a parte de bocal (20) e a parte de tubulação (30) é separadamente integrada enquanto superfícies abertas dos trajetos de fluxo de ar na parte de bocal (20) e superfícies abertas dos trajetos de fluxo de ar na parte de tubulação (30) são colocadas em contato umas com as outras.
