Abstract
moléculas de rna e usos das mesmas - a invenção refere-se a um processo de planejamento de uma molécula de rna curta para aumentar a expressão de um gene alvo em uma célula através da regulação para menos de um produto de transcrição de rna não codificador, o dito processo compreendendo as etapas de: a) obtenção da sequência de nucleotídeos do filamento codificador do gene alvo, pelo menos entre 200 nucleotídeos a montante do sítio de in[icio da transcrição do gene e 200 nucleotídeos a jusante do sítio da transcrição do gene; b) determinação da sequência de rna complementar inversa à sequência de nucleotídeos determinada na etapa a); e c) planejamento de uma molécula de rna curta que é o complemento inverso ou possui pelo menos 80% de identidade de sequência com the complemento inverso de uma região da sequência determinada na etapa b); em que o dito processo não inclui uma etapa em que a existência do dito produto da transcrição de rna não codificação é dweterminada; bem como a tais moléculas de rna curtas e usos das mesmas.
