Abstract
método de formação de membro de metal, excelente na propriedade de congelamento da forma.a presente invenção refere-se a um membro de seção transversal em forma de chapéu que tem, na sua seção transversal perpendicular à sua direção longitudinal, partes de parede vertical (1b e1b) em ambos os lados, partes de rebordo (1a e 1a) em ambos os lados conectados às respectivas partes de parede vertical (1b e 1b), e uma parte de folha superior (1c) conectada às partes vertical (1b e1b) em ambos os lados, e tendo uma parte curva(2) dobrada na direção longitudinal com as partes rebordo(1a e 1a) posicionadas do lado de fora, utilizando punções (5) e matrizes (4), um raio de ombro de matriz da matriz(4) para obter a forma final do membro de seção transversal em forma de chapéu é ajustado para r~ 0~, o membro de seção transversal em forma é modelado pela matriz (4) com um raio de ombro de matriz r~ 1~ maior do que o raio de ombro de matriz r~ 0~, e então o membro de seção transversal em forma de chapéu é modelado pela matriz (4) com raio de ombro de matriz r~ 0~. ao realizar a formação em duas etapas como acima, tensão relaxada em uma direção de compressão atua nas partes de rebordo (1a e 1a) na forma final e, assim, a proporção de tensões de extensão-compressão pode ser minimizada.
