Abstract

aparelho e método para hidrólise de substratos orgânicos preferivelmente sólidos. a invanção refere-se a um dispositivo para a hidrólise de substratos orgânicos preferivelmente sólidos, em que particular de culturas energéticas e resíduos vegetais, com uma cesta de coleta (1) para receber os substratos orgânicos, com um meio transportador (4) para transportar os substartos orgânicos em um dispositivo de carregamento (7) para o carregamento em batelada de um hidrolisador (10) com os substratos orgânicos, o hidrolisador (10) sendo provido no lado de saída com um dispositivo de liberação de pressão (12) tendo um diafragma de pressão controlado por válvula (13) e um separador de vapor (14) disposto a montante de um tamque de expansão (15). de acordo com a invenção, o meio transportador (4) inclui uma parafuso sem fim transportador (4') com um eixo oco (25), que é carregado com vapor quente a partir do separador de vapor (14), que é carregado com vapor quente a partir do separador de vapor (14), que é preferivelmente realizado sob a forma de um ciclone, o eixo oco (25), na zona de transporte para substrato orgânico tendo, em uma zona de aquecimento (18), aberturas de saída de vapor (26) para carregar diretamente o substrato oragânico com vapor quente.
