Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za hidrolizu poželjno krutih organskih supstrata, posebno energetskih prinosa i biljnog otpada, koji obuhvaća sakupljačku kantu (1) za prihvat organskih supstrata i transportnu elisu (4’) za transportiranje organskih supstrata do naprave za punjenje (7) za postepeno ispunjavanje hidrolizatora (10) koji je napravljen na izlaznoj strani s napravom za smanjenje tlaka (12) koja ima ventilski upravljanu tlačnu pregradu (13) i ima parni separator (14) postavljen iznad ekspanzijskog spremnika (15), naznačen time, da je transportna elisa (4’) opremljena sa šupljim oknom (25) u kojega se ubacuje pregrijana para iz parnog separatora (14) poželjno oblikovanog kao ciklon, dok šuplje okno (25) ima parne ispuhe (26) u grijaćoj zoni (18) u transportnom području za organske supstrate, u svrhu izravnog izlaganja organskog supstrata pregrijanoj pari, te time da je na kraju šupljeg okna (25) izveden ventilski upravljan izlazni otvor (27) ili je izveden izmjenični ventil (32) za odstranjenje bilo svakog supstrata koji ulazi u šuplje okno (25) putem parnih ispuha (26).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je ventilski upravljan izlazni otvor (27) postavljen na kraju šupljeg okna (25) koje je uronjeno u sakupljačku kantu (1), tako da pregrijana para izravno ulazi u sakupljačku kantu (1).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da grijaća zona (18) od transportne elise (4’) ima protočni priključak (19) na sakupljačku kantu (1) za organski supstrat, kroz koji pregrijana para izlazi iz grijaće zone (18) i struji u sakupljačku kantu (1).
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 3, naznačen time, da transportna elisa (4’) ima veći promjer u području sakupljačke kante (1) nego u grijaćoj zoni (18), što oblikuje zonu zbijanja (28) na putu do grijaće zone (18), u kojoj se transportirani organski supstrat zbija.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 4, naznačen time, da ima brojačku napravu (20) za proizvodnu vodu koja se otvara unutar naprave za punjenje (7) hidrolizatora (10), te koja služi za dovoljno zalijevanje vodom organskog supstrata, prije nego što ovaj uđe u hidrolizator (10).
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da je opskrbljen toplinskim izmjenjivačem (17) za grijanje proizvodne vode, koji je u toplinskom kontaktu s ekspanzijskim spremnikom (15).
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 6, naznačen time, da parni separator (14) ima unutrašnji konus (31) s mogućim susjednim cilindričnom područjem (34) koje oblikuje kružni procjep sa zidom spremnika, te ima napravu za smanjenje tlaka (12) koja ulazi tangencijalno u parni separator (14).
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 7, naznačen time, da naprava za punjenje (7) koja puni hidrolizator (10), ima tlačni nosač (8) izveden uz ventilski upravljani otvor za punjenje (9) u hidrolizatoru (10) s priključnim vodom (11), a služi za temperaturnu i tlačnu ravnotežu unutar hidrolizatora (10).
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da je u tlačnom nosaču (8) smještena rotacijska elisa za bistrenje (29) u napravi za punjenje (7), koja ima oblik uske metalne spiralne trake (33) uzduž unutrašnjeg zida tlačnog nosača (8) te koja pritom ne ometa postupak punjenja.
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9, naznačen time, da je hidrolizator (10) spojen preko ventila na sedimentnu komoru (30) koja zaprima strane objekte odstranjene iz hidrolizatora (10).
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 10, naznačen time, da postoji spremnik (21) s transporterom (22) položen iznad sakupljačke kante (1) za zaprimanje organskog supstrata, te odvod za otpadnu paru (3) koji vodi iz sakupljačke kante (1) do spremnika (21).
12. Postupak hidrolize poželjno krutih organskih supstrata, posebno energetskih prinosa i biljnog otpada, pomoću toplinski tlačne hidrolize (parne ekspanzije), gdje tretiran supstrat pomoću toplinski tlačne hidrolize, proizvodi pregrijanu paru koja se separira ekspanzijom odmah nakon ispuštanja dijela supstrata iz hidrolizatora i koristi se za grijanje organskih supstrata nagomilanih za postupak hidrolize, naznačen time, da se pregrijana separirana para upuhuje izravno u šuplje okno (25) transportne elise (4’) koja transportira organski supstrat do reaktora za toplinski tlačnu hidrolizu, pri čemu pregrijana para ulazi u organski supstrat preko parnih ispuha (26) u šuplje okno (25), a supstrat koji prodire u šuplje okno (25), preko parnih ispuha (26) se odstranjuje iz šupljeg okna (25) uz pomoć aktiviranja ventila (32) na kraju spomenute osovine.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time, da početno suh supstrat dobiva kondenzacijsku toplinu od pregrijane pare kada se nalazi na transportnoj elisi (4’) te se zaparuje i zagrijava do 70°C posebno do 100°C.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time, da se dio toplinske energije koja se isparava ekspanzijom iz supstrata, koristi za grijanje proizvodne vode čija se određena količina dodaje supstratu prije toplinski tlačne hidrolize.
