Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para la hidrólisis de sustratos orgánicos preferiblemente sólidos, en particular de cultivos energéticos y residuos de plantas, con un recipiente de recolección para la recepción de los sustratos orgánicos, con un medio de transporte para la transportación de los sustratos orgánicos en un dispositivo de carga para la carga de forma discontinua de un hidrolizador con la sustratos orgánicos, el hidrolizador está provisto en la salida con un dispositivo de liberación de presión que tiene un diafragma de presión controlado por válvula y una trampa de vapor dispuesto corriente arriba de un tanque de expansión. De conformidad con la invención, el medio de transporte incluye un transportador de tornillo sinfín con una camisa de eje, que es cargada con vapor caliente desde la trampa de vapor, la cual está preferentemente diseñada como un ciclón, la camisa del eje, en la zona de transporte para el sustrato orgánico, que tiene, en una zona de calentamiento, aberturas de salida de vapor para cargar directamente el sustrato orgánico con vapor caliente.
