Abstract
processo para extração de isotiocianatos. é apresentado um processo para a produção de um óleo essencial. o óleo essencial pode ser óleo essencial de mostarda branca. o óleo essencial de mostarda branca pode incluir um composto de isotiocianato sensível à umidade. o composto de isotiocianato sensível à umidade pode ser 4-hbitc. o óleo essencial pode ser produzido a partir de sementes de mostarda, que podem compreender um precursor de sinalbina e enzima mirosinase. a semente de mostarda pode ser reduzida a um pó. pode ser realizada a ativação da enzima mirosinase mediante o uso de um solvente à base de água e um promotor para formar uma pasta fluida, em que a enzima mirosinase catalisa a produção de um óleo essencial que compreende um isotiocianato a partir do precursor de sinalbina.
