Abstract
uso de acromopeptidase para lise em temperatura ambiente. um processo para detectar a presença ou ausência de bactérias gram positivas em uma amostra biológica. a amostra biológica pode ser obtida a partir de qualquer mamífero e contém, em um mínimo, componentes celulares. a amostra é combinada com um agente de lise enzimática como acromopeptidase, e lisado em temperatura ambiente. óxido férrico é então adicionado à amostra contendo acromopeptidase. um campo magnético é aplicado á amostra e ácidos nucléicos são extraídos dos componentes celulares. ácidos nucleicos alvos, se presentes, são amplificados usando técnicas como realçao em cadeia da polimera-se (pcr) e então usados para detectar a presença ou ausência de bactérias gram positivas.staphylococcus aureus e streptococcus agalactiae são exemplos de bactérias alvos detectadas pelos métodos da presente invenção.
