Abstract
válvula de injeção de combustível eletromagnética e método para fabricá-la. a presente invenção refere-se a um válvula de injeção de combustível que é fornecida, que inclui uma carcaça da válvula (2) formada através da conexão em sequência de um elemento de sede de válvula (3), um corpo cilíndrico magnético (4), um corpo cilíndrico não magnético (6) um núcleo fixo (5) e um tubo de entrada de combustível (9) e uma bobina (30) disposta sobre uma periferia externa da carcaça da válvula (2), uma carcaça da bobina (31) alojando a bobina (30) e tendo a sua parte da extremidade frontal fixa a uma periferia externa do corpo magnético cilíndrico (4) por uma solda, e um conjunto de válvula (v), que tem um núcleo móvel (12) montado de forma deslizante sobre uma face periférica interna (4a) do corpo cilíndrico magnético (4) e disposta de modo a opor-se a uma face de atração (5a) de uma extremidade frontal do núcleo fixo (5), em que o corpo cilíndrico magnético (4) e o corpo cilíndrico não magnético (6) estão dispostos de modo que uma interface (b) entre os mesmos esteja à frente de uma face da extremidade frontal da bobina (30), e uma parte do mancal (12) seja formada sobre o núcleo móvel (12), a parte do mancal (12a) sendo apoiada de forma deslizante sobre a superfície periférica interna do corpo cilíndrico magnético (4) numa posição radialmente para dentro da parte da extremidade frontal (31c) da carcaça da bobina (31). isto pode fornecer uma válvula de injeção de combustível eletromagnética tendo um comprimento curto para um caminho magnético de um núcleo móvel para uma parte da extremidade dianteira de uma carcaça da bobina tendo, portanto, uma diminuição da resistência do caminho magnético, e tendo boa resposta para um conjunto de válvula.
