inserto de corte de cerãmica revestido e método paa fabricar o mesmo. trata-se de inserto de corte de cerâmica revestido (20) para remover material de uma peça de trabalho, bem como um método para fabricar o mesmo, que inclui um substrato cerâmico (40, 40a, 40b) com uma superfície de ângulo de corte (28) e pelo menos uma superfície de flanco (30) em que uma borda de corte (32) está na junção entre os mesmos. um esquema de revestimento resistente a desgaste (50, 82) inclui pelo menos uma camada de revestimento de alumina exposta (50, 60, 62, 82) que exibe uma condição de estresse jateada na faixa entre cerca de 50 mpa (estresse por tração) e cerca de -2gpa (compressiva), conforme medido por xrd com o uso do método de inclinação de psi e a (024) reflexão de alumina. a camada de revestimento de alumina exposta (50, 60, 62, 82) é o resultado de jateamento a molhado de uma região de camada de revestimento externo contendo titânio (654, 54a, 54b) da supefície da região de camada de revestimento de base contendo alumina (50, 50a, 50b).
