Abstract

um pistão posicionado para movimentação recíproca em um cilindro de motor de combustão. a presente invenção se refere a um pistão (3) disposto para movimentação recíproca em um cilindro de motor de combustão (2) e onde a meio caminho entre áreas de choque (de impacto, de colisão) de pluma de chama em um plano perpendicular para referida movimentação recíproca são dispostas saliências (70) ou cristas (sulcos, arestas) se projetando para a câmara de combustão possuindo uma forma suavizada adaptada para preservação de energia cinética em uma pluma de chama, e onde referida crista compreende um flanco lateral esquerdo (80), uma seção de topo (81) e um flanco lateral direito (82). em concordância com a presente invenção, é proporcionada uma seção de transição (83) entre cada um de referidos flancos laterais e a seção de topo, que compreende uma borda de deflexão (71) de maneira a minimizar perdas de fluxo.
