Abstract

"composição contendo nitrogênio e processo para produção do mesmo" a presente invenção refere-se a um processo compreendendo a adição de ácido sulfúrico para uma solução aquasa contendo um sal de amônio de ácido carboxílico obtido a partir de um material de partida biológico; e recuperando um ácido carboxíllico, e no qual o sal de amônio do ácido sulfúrico e a composição contendo nitrogênio que produziu um subproduto, sejam recuperados de modo estável e eficaz. o processo compreende uma etapa de cristalização de concetrar e cristalizar o sal de amônio do ácido sulfúrico a partir de uma solução aquosa que contém sal de amônio do ácido sulfúrico; uma etapa de separação de sólido-líquido que separa o sal de amônio do àcido sulfúrico ontido na etapa de cristalização, e uma etapa de reciclagem do líquido de origem de cristalização obtido na etapa de separação líquido-sólido para um pelo menos uma etapa selecionada da etapa de cristalização ou uma ou mais etapas que procedem a etapa de cristalização, na qual nem todo o líquido de origem de cristalização é reciclado.
