Abstract
dispositivo de resfriamento para uma máquina de combustão interna de um veículo automotor. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de resfriamento (1) para uma máquina de combustão interna, sendo que, o dispositivo de resfriamento apresenta um resfriador de água (2) e, pelo menos, um outro resfriador (3) ligado com esse por meio de ligações de plugue (4, 6). neste caso, o resfriador (3) está disposto na direção de movimento de veículo automotor à frente do resfriador de água (2), e, por conseguinte, é atravessado primeiramente pelo ar ambiente que aflui. durante a montagem, o resfriador de água (2) e o resfriador (3) são ligados para formar uma unidade de construção, pelo fato de que , eles são primeiramente ligados com uma ligação de plugue (4) inferior, em consequência de um movimento de união vertical e, então, são levados para uma posição um pouco inclinada. essa posição é alcançada através de uma mobilidade de giro restrita da ligação de plugue (4) inferior, pelo que o grau de liberdade necessário é criado, a fim de, assim, poder ajustar o intervalo necessário do resfriador de água (2) e do resfriador (3) para a fixação da primeira ligação de plugue (6) superior. a fixação da primeira ligação de plugue (6) superior. a fixação da primeira ligação de plugue (6) superior ocorre, então, em uma etapa de montagem final através de uma direção de fixação, em essência, ortogonal em relação ao planodo resfriador (3). devido à mobilidade restrita, ao mesmo tempo, na operação é assegurada uma compensação de tolerânciastérmicas ou condicionadas à fabricação, em virtude das diferentes temperaturas de trabalho do resfriador de água (2) e do resfriador (3).
