Abstract
patente de invenção: método de operação para agitar mecanicamente ferro fundido contendo cromo. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de operação para prolongar notavelmente a vida do "rotor" onde o impulsor e a vara axial são integrados entre si, na agitação mecânica de um ferro fundido contendo cromo. um método de operação para agitar mecanicamente ferro fundido contendo cromo, que compreende um processo de refino de agitar mecanicamente ferro fundido contendo cromo contido em um recipiente de refino pelo uso de um impulsor tendo um eixo de rotação na direção vertical onde o recipiente de refino é tal que a seção transversal horizontal da sua parede interna é circular em torno do eixo central do recipiente na direção vertical e o impulsor, conforme integrado à vara axial coberta com um refratário, gira em torno do eixo central da vara axial, como seu eixo de rotação, onde: o modo de agitação é trocado regularmente ou irregularmente, conforme selecionado para cada carga de agitação, entre "modo de agitação concêntrica" de agitação do ferro fundido em um estado em que o eixo de rotação do impulsor é centralizado no eixo central do recipiente, e "modo de agitação excêntrica" de agitar o ferro fundido em um estado em que o eixo de rotação do impulsor é descentralizado do eixo central do recipiente.
