Abstract

métodos de detecção de micro-organismo e kits para os mesmos a presente invenção refere-se a um método de detecção de micro-organimos em uma amostra de teste. o método inclui as etapas de : a) incubar a amostra de teste com um meio de crescimento para formar uma amostra incubada , sendo que o meio de crescimento inclui um substrato de enzima e o substrato de enzima inclui um grupo enzimaticamente hidrolisável e um grupo fluorescente ,sendo que os micro -organismos presentes na amostra de teste incluem uma enzima que hidrolisa o grupo hidrolísavel do grupo fluorescente para formar um produto detectável de forma fluorescente ,sendo que o produto detectável de formar fluorescente tem espéciaes ácidas e básicas ; b) excitar o produto detectável de forma fluorescente com luz que tem comprimento de onda ex<syn>iso durante tempo suficiente para que o produto detectável de forma fluorescente emita luz , sendo que ex<syn>iso é ponto isosbéstico de abordância do produto detectável de forma fluorescente ; e c) detectar luz emitida em um comprimento de onda em<syn>1.
