Abstract

máquina elétrica, rotor para a máquina elétrica, e, método de fabricação de uma máquina elétrica. a finalidade é acomodar grandes canais axiais em uma máquina elétrica fina sem sacrificar sua intensidade de torque e dimensões radiais. isto é possível com um rotor (11) provido de imãs permanentes (12) e um estator (13) com entalhes (15) para bobinas (20a-c), onde os entalhes (15) são separados por dentes (16,17), cuja máquina elétrica inclui dentes (17) não portadores de bobinas (20a-c), cujos dentes (17) são providos de canais axiais (18, 18') se projetando para os dentes (17) e vizinhos ao contraferro, de modo que a área do canal (18, 18')' no interior do dente (17) seja comparável ou mesmo maior do que uma área do canal (18, 18') no contraferro. os canais servem para o transporte de fluidos e outras substâncias através da máquina e também para integrar um protetor de motor, que pode ser necessário em aplicações no furo abaixo. há também novas técnicas de fabricação associadas ao novo conceito.
