Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE BOBINA DE ENROLAMENTO DE MÁQUINA ELÉTRICA. A invenção refere-se a um método para fabricação de uma bobina de uma máquina elétrica a partir de cabo chato (2) e uma máquina elétrica que inclui a bobina. A bobina inclui flancos (8, 10) que ficam localizados nas fendas da máquina elétrica e fora das fendas existem extremidades da bobina (12, 14) que formam as partes finais das bobinas. O método de acordo com a invenção inclui as fases seguintes: um cabo chato (2) é enrolado em um lingote de bobina (6) no qual círculos de enrolamento estão nos mesmos planos e no qual existem dois flancos de bobina retos paralelos (8, 10) nos lados opostos da bobina. Os flancos paralelos da bobina (8, 10) são então curvados um para o outro substancialmente em um ângulo reto quando comparado com o plano de enrolamento.
