Abstract
novos materiais intermediários produzidos mediante sobreposição e entrelaçamento de fios velados. a presente invenção provê um material intermediário composto de um conjunto de fitas sobrepostas e entrelaçadas, caracterizada em que ao menos algumas das fitas, preferivelmente todas as fitas, conhecidas como fitas veladas, são compostas de uma série de fios ou filamentos que se estendem em uma direção paralela ao comprimento da fita para formar uma folha unidirecional que é associada em cada uma de suas faces com um não tecido formato a partir de fibras termoplásticas, os dois não tecidos proporcionando à fita velada coesão devido à sua natureza termoplástica, a um método de produção utilizando o material para produzir as peças compostas, e às peças compostas obtidas.
