Abstract
aparelho para regular o fluxo bifásico em atomizadores de líquidos e atomizador portátil de líquidos baseado em fluxo bifásico. um aparelho que compreende uma câmara de mistura (2) formado em um chassi (8) equipado com canais de entrada separados para o transporte da fase líquida e da fase gasosa pressurizada e um canal de saída (19) que liga a câmara de mistura ao bocal do pulverizador por meio de um tubo (20). além disso, uma câmara de vedação cilindrica separada (1) é formada no chassis (8), dentro da qual existe um rotor (3) com palhetas (5) é encontrado, as palhetas do rotor intermitentemente fecham os canais de entrada das duas fases formadas em setores separados da referida câmara de vedação (1) como delimitados pelas palhetas do rotor (5), em que o canal de entrada da fase gasosa (11) é fechado, alternadamente, com pelo menos um canal de entrada da fase líquida (12) que transporta a fase líquida para dentro da câmara de mistura (2) por meio dos canais de palhetas abertas; em que também o setor da câmara de vedação (1) que contém o canal de entrada da fase gasosa (11) está separado da câmara de mistura (2) por uma seção contínua de uma partição (7) que fecha os canais de palhetas do rotor (3) dentro desse setor. o atomizador portátil de líquido e equipado com um receptáculo de fase líquida (22), uma fonte de fase gasosa presurizada e um aparelho para regular o fluxo bifásico. o aparelho possui uma câmara de mistura (2) formada em um chassi (8) que possui canais de entrada separados para transportar a fase líquida e a fase gasosa pressurizadas e um canal de saída (19) ligando a câmara de mistura (2) ao bocal pulverizador por meio de um tubo de fluxo (20), em que o canal de entrada da fase gasosa é ligado à fonte da fase gasosa por meio de um tubo de gás (9), en quanto no chassi (8) uma câmara de vedação cilindrica separada (1) é formada dentro da qual um roto (3) com palhetas (5) é colocado. as palhetas (5), intermitentemente, fecham os canais de entrada das duas fases formadas em setores separados da referida câmara de vedação (1) como delimitados pelas palhetas do rotor (5), em que o canal de entrada da fase gasosa (11) é fechado, alternadamente, com pelo menos um canal de entrada da fase líquida (12) que transporta a fase líquida para dentro da câmara de mistura (2) por meio dos canais de palhetas aberto, em que também o setor da câmara de vedação (1) que contém o canal de entrada da fase gasosa (11) é separado da câmara de mistura (2) por uma seção contínua de uma partição (7) que fecha os canais de palhetas do rotor (3) dentro desse setor. além disso, o chassi (8) está situado no interior do receptáculo da fase líquida (22) e o tubo de gás (9) situado no receptáculo da fase líquida tem um número de pequenos orifícios (10) em sua parede.
