Abstract

dispositivo e método para geração de um gás de síntese a partir de biomassa tratada por gaseificação de fluxo de arraste. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a geração de um gás de síntese (dg) a partir de biomassa (bm) por gaseificação de fluxo de arraste. o dispositivo compreende uma instalação de tratamento (1), onde a biomassa (bm) é suprida a um dispositivo de trituração grosseira (2), que está conectado a jusante mediante uma primeira eclusa (3) a uma instalação de carbonização pressurizada (4) para a geração hidrotérmica de cavão carbonizado (kk) a partir da biomassa (bm). a instalação de carbonização (4) compreende pelo menos um dispositivo de pre-aquecimento (5) e um reator de carbonização (6) e está conectada a jusante mediante uma segunda eclusa (11) a pelo menos um dispositivo de separação sólido-líquido (12,13) para fornecer um combustível. um dispositivo de secagem (16) para a secagem do combustível para formar combustível pulverizado (bs) com tamanhos de partículas na faixa de 55 um a 500 um estando conectado a jusante do dispositivo de secagem. o dispositivo também também compreende um dispositivo de transferência (21) para a transferência do combustível para uma instalação de gaseificação de fluxo de arraste (22), onde se forma o acoplamento da instalação de tratamento (1) com a instalação de gaseificação de fluxo de arraste (22). a presente invenção também se refere a um método para a geração de um gás de síntese (sg) a partir de biomassa (bm) por gaseificação de lfuxo de arraste usando um dispositivo de acordo com a invenção.
