Abstract
método e dispositivo para injeção de carbono e recirculação de gás de síntese ao produzir gás de síntese. esta invenção refere-se a um método de introdução de material pulverulento (c) em um reator de gaseificação (2), em que um gás de processo (p) fornecido a um reator de gaseificação (2) é reduzido a um gás de síntese (s) pelo material pulverulento (c) e o material pulverulento (c) é introduzido no reator de gaseificação (2) por meio de uma zona de entrada, sendo gerada pressão negativa na área de entrada para material pulverulento (c) através de um bocal de laval (15) e a pressão negativa sendo gerada por gás de processo (p) passando através do bocal de laval (15). a invenção também diz respeito a um dispositivo para introdução de material pulverulento (c) em um reator de gaseificação (2). o método de acordo com a presente invenção é caracterizado pelo fato de que o gás de processo (p) se expande em um espaço de gaseificação (5), no reator de gaseificação (2).
