Abstract

sistema para extração e transporte de cinzas leves por meio de um transportador em faixa de aço. trata-se de um aparelho de transporte (1) para extração e transporte a seco de cinzas volantes (leves) produzidas dentro de caldeiras de combustível sólido, apto para ser associado a um sistema de desempoeiramento de fumo (100) e que compreende: - um transportador em faixa de metal (2), dotado de uma pluralidade de lâminas (5) parcialmente sobrepostas, apto para suportar uma cama de cinzas volantes para transportá-las ao longo de um percurso predefinido, e um invólucro de metal vedado (3) dentro do qual as ditas lâminas se movem; e - meio de contenção para cinzas volantes, apto para conter as últimas nas ditas lâminas (5) e ao longo do dito percurso de transporte de modo a limitar o movimento relativo entre as cinzas e o transportador (2), cujo meio compreende placas transversais (10), membros de nivelamento (7), placas laterais (6) e um defletor traseiro móvel (8) (fig. 1).
