Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um processo para produção de ésteres compreendendo a reação de biodiesel metílico ou ácidos graxos livres com um álcool polihidroxilado, na presença de um biocatalisador, o qual é um sólido fermentado contendo lipases de rhizomucor miehei produzido pelo cultivo do microrganismo em rejeito agroindustrial por fermentação em estado sólido.
