Abstract

trata-se a presente invenção de um dispositivo de controle para controlar a posição do rotor (1 oa) suportado por mancais magnéticos ativos compreendendo: um módulo de planejamento de trajetória (12) para gerar uma posição, velocidade e aceleração solicitadas, um observador (20) para gerar um valor de retorno de posição e um valor de retorno de velocidade a partir de medições de pelo menos uma posição do rotor e intensidades de corrente nas bobinas eletromagnéticas dos mancais magnéticos ativos, um primeiro circuito de correção (18) para gerar um primeiro sinal de comando de acordo com a diferença entre posição e velocidade solicitadas e a posição e valor de retorno de velocidade, respectivamente, um controlador de alimentação (14) para gerar um segundo sinal de comando de acordo com uma computação das posição, velocidade e aceleração solicitadas, um somador (16) para somar os primeiro e segundo sinais de comandos e despachar um terceiro sinal de comando para um circuito de inversão não linear (26) conectado ao somador para gerar sinais de comando de fluxo para os eletromagnetos, e um segundo circuito de correção (28) para gerar sinais de comando de tensão para os amplificadores de potência que controlam a corrente fluindo nas bobinas eletromagnéticas dos mancais magnéticos ativos de acordo com a diferença entre os sinais de comando de fluxo e os valores de fluxo de observador.
