Abstract
【解決手段】能動型磁気軸受の回転子10Aの位置を制御するため、要求された位置、速度、および加速度を生成するための軌道計画モジュール12と、観測器20による位置フィードバック値と速度フィードバック値の差異に従って第1の指令信号を生成するための第1の補正回路18と、位置、速度、および加速度の計算値に従って第2の指令信号を生成するためのフィードフォワード・コントローラ14と、当該第1の指令信号と当該第2の指令信号を加算し、電磁石に対する第3の指令信号を生成するための加算器16と、当該流束指令信号と観測器の流束値の差異に従って当該能動型磁気軸受の当該電磁コイルを流れる電流を制御する、当該電力増幅器に対する電圧指令信号を生成するための、第2の補正回路28と、を備える。

Claims (6)
- 能動型磁気軸受の電磁コイル(22A、22B)に出力が接続された電力増幅器(30A、30B)を介して提供される前記能動型磁気軸受により支持された回転子(10A)の位置を制御するための制御装置であって、
要求された位置と速度を生成するための軌道計画モジュール(12)と、
前記電磁コイルにおける少なくとも前記回転子の位置(Z(t))および電流強度(I1(t)、I2(t))の測定値から位置フィードバック値および速度フィードバック値を生成するための観測器(20)と、
それぞれ前記要求された位置と速度および前記位置フィードバック値と前記速度フィードバック値の差異に従って第1の指令信号
前記要求された位置と速度の計算値に従って第2の指令信号
前記第1の指令信号と前記第2の指令信号を加算して第3の指令信号
前記第3の指令信号から前記電磁コイルに対する流束指令信号(Φ1com(t)、Φ2com(t))を生成するための、前記加算器に接続された非線形反転回路(26)と、
前記流束指令信号と観測された流束値
を備える、制御装置。 - フィードバックされた前記位置および前記速度の値は、位置センサ(8A、8B;9)が出力した測定位置Z(t)と電流検知要素(24A、24B)により出力した前記電流強度(I1(t)、I2(t))を少なくとも受信する観測器(20)により伝達された観測位置
- 前記観測器はさらに、前記電磁コイルに印加された測定電圧(U1(t)、U2(t))または流束検知要素から取得した測定流束を受信し、観測流束を前記第2の補正回路に伝達する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の補正回路は、前記回転子の位置に関する比例積分コントローラと前記回転子の速度に関する比例コントローラとを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の補正回路は、前記電磁コイルの流束に関する比例コントローラを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記軌道計画モジュールはさらに、要求された加速度を伝達する、請求項1に記載の装置。
