Abstract
procedimento de comando para um mancal magnético ativo e dispositivo de comando para um mancal magnético ativo. a presente invenção se refere a um procedimento de comando para um mancal magnético ativo (10), o mancal magnético (10) que compreende:uma série de atuadores eletromagnéticos (18a, 18b, 20a, 2gb,22a, 22b, 24a, 24b) que formam um estator, sendo que cada atuador é adequado para exercer força radial no rotor (12),um corpo ferromagnético (12) que forma um rotor, mantido livre de contato entre os atuadores eletromagnéticos e adequado para ser ajustado em rotação ao redor de um eixo geométrico de rotação (z-z), sendo que o rotor (12) é adequado para ser submetido a movimentos de precessão, em particular.sensores (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) adequados para detectar deslocamentos radiais do rotor (12) e emitir sinais de posição (x1, x2, y1, y2) representativos da posição radial do rotor (12) em relação aos atuadores.compreende os seguintes estágios:cálculo de pelo menos um sinal de comando de atuador (lxi lx2, lyl,20 ly2), o cálculo do sinal de comando (lx,lx2, iy1, ly2) que consiste na aplicação de pelo menos uma função de transferência para os sinais de posição (x1, x2, y1, y2),uma função de transferência que contém inúmeros coeficientes de correção.a aplicação do ou cada sinal de comando calculado (lx1 lx2, ly1, ly2)no ponto de entrada de um atuador.neste procedimento, pelo menos um coeficiente de correção depende continuamente da velocidade de rotação do rotor (12) e o ou cada sinal de comando (ix1,lx2, ly1 iy2) é adequado para comandar o deslocamento contínuo dos movimentos de precessão do rotor (12).
