Abstract
componente fundido em matriz e método para produção de um componente fundido em matriz. a presente invenção refere-se a um componente fundido em matriz, em particular uma conexão de torneira de água, compreendendo um corpo de base (1) produzido a partir de metal ou de uma liga de metal pelo método de fundição em matriz e tendo uma cavidade na qual um número de aberturas (2, 3, 4) é provido por meio do que a cavidade é acessível a partir do exterior, a cavidade sendo pelo menos parcialmente preenchida com um macho de fundição (5) que está em contato bidimensional com o interior do corpo de base (1) e em que pelo menos um canal (6) é provido para o transporte de fluido, o macho de fundição (5) sendo feito de um material cujo ponto de fusão é mais baixo do que o ponto de fusão do material a partir do qual o corpo de base (1) é produzido, e que o exterior do macho de fundição (5) se apoia com pelo menos substancialmente toda sua superfície contra o interior do corpo de base (1). mais ainda, a invenção se refere a um método para a produção deste tipo de componente de fundição em matriz.
