Purpose of the invention

To remedy the aforementioned drawback of the prior art, the present invention proposes a new modular and evolutionary socket. In the embodiment of the invention depicted in the figures, the box 10 has an overall open rectangular parallelepiped shape on the front face.

As shown in Figure 1, it thus has a bottom 11 bordered by a side wall 10 having four opposing panels two by two which rise from the bottom 11 substantially perpendicular to it.

Two opposing panels of sidewall 12 of box 10 have approximately one third of their height at one shoulder 17. These two shoulders 17 together induce a widening of the box section 10 forward.

This box 10 further comprises mounting means on a frame-shaped bracket (not shown) which is itself indicated for attachment to the electrical box.

As shown in Figure 1, the two inner partitions 16 delimit with housing side wall 12 of housing 10 three housing accommodation for connection terminals 20, 30, 40 of socket 1.

Indeed, three connection terminals are provided herein, of which two identical phase 20 and neutral terminals 30 and one ground terminal 40.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rear shutter 60 is movably mounted to housing 10 along a transverse axis A2 parallel to the front edges 16a of the inner partitions 16 of housing 10 to close or open access to the phase and neutral terminals 30. .

This rear shutter 60 has an overall rectangular plate shape with a hollow recess 61 in the center of one of its longitudinal edges 67B.

This rear shutter 60 comprises translational guide means following the transverse axis A2.

These guide means are here formed by two ribs 68 projecting on their rear face at a distance from each other approximately equal to the distance separating the outer faces of the two inner partitions 16 of the box 10.

Thanks to these guide means, the rear shutter 60 is perfectly guided in transaction along these internal partitions 16.

The housing 10 further comprises first locking means for locking the translation of the rear shutter 60 to its open position when it is oscillated, and second locking means for locking the translation of the rear shutter 60 to its closed position. when it closes again.

By dragging it from its closing position to its opening position when the electrical outlet is engaged with socket one, the rear plug 60 has two sloping panels 64, 65 on its two wings 60, 62.

To limit its oscillation, the rear shutter 60 has teeth 69 protruding from its side edges 66A, 66B which are adapted to come against the front edges of supplementary partitions 18 provided in housing 10.

To prevent rear shutter 60 from opening when it is swung, the front edges of these supplementary partitions 18 have forward protruding spurs 19 (visible in figure 8) which enable locking teeth 69 of rear shutter 60 to follow. transverse axis A2. These spurs 19 here form the first stop means.

Not to interfere with the teeth of rear shutter 60 when it is in a straight position, these spurs 19 have reduced heights that leave rear shutter 60 free to slide into its open position.

The rear shutter 60 is made here in one piece by molding an insulating plastics material.

As shown in Fig. 1 is a case (cassette) 80 designed to hold the rear shutter 60 in support of its rear face against the free edges 16A of the inner partitions 16 of the housing 10. This case 80, made of insulating material therefor includes a rectangular front wall 81 extending parallel to the bottom 11 of the housing 10 and a tumbling edge 85 that limits this front wall 81.

This front wall 81 and this tumbling edge 85 thus form a housing for the rear shutter 60 which is designed to hold the latter against the front edges 16A of the inner partitions 16 of the housing 10.
