Prise électrique comprenant : - un corps de prise (10) au fond duquel sont logées deux bornes de connexion femelle (12), - un puit (20) logé dans ledit corps de prise (10) et comprenant des ouvertures agencées (22) en regard desdits bornes de connexion femelle (12), - une façade (30) montée mobile en coulissement longitudinal dans le puit (20) entre une position haute et une position basse, ladite façade (30) comprenant des ouvertures (32) de passage d'une fiche électrique (50) mâle destinée à venir s'enficher dans lesdites bornes de connexion femelle (12), lorsque la façade (30) est dans la position basse, - un limitateur (38) s'étendant radialement de ladite façade (30) et configuré pour venir en butée contre une arête (28) solidaire du puit (20) de manière à limiter le déplacement vers le haut de ladite façade (30), caractérisée en ce que la prise comprend en outre : - au moins deux rainures (24, 26) latérales de guidage longitudinal de la façade, - au moins deux pièces élastiques (40) agencées chacune dans une rainure (24, 26) de guidage et s'étendant longitudinalement entre ladite façade (30) et le fond du puit (20), chaque pièce élastique (40) étant configurée pour pouvoir être comprimée lors du déplacement de ladite façade (30) de ladite position haute à la position basse, sous l'effet d'une force exercée par un opérateur enfichant la fiche mâle (50) dans ladite façade, jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit en prise avec les bornes de connexion femelle (12), et pour pouvoir faciliter le retrait de la fiche mâle (50) en déplaçant spontanément ladite façade (30) de la position basse à la position haute, par la détente desdits pièces élastiques (40) dès qu'un opérateur déloge la fiche mâle desdites bornes de connexion femelle.
