Abstract
"ANTIOXIDANTE PARA GORDURAS, óLEOS E ALIMENTOS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma combinação de um ou mais compostos selecionados do grupo consistindo em 3-arilbenzofuranonas,N,N-dialquilhidroxilaminas de cadeia longa, hidroxilaminas substituídas, nitronas, e óxidos de aminas que são antioxidantes altamente eficazes para utilização com substâncias orgânicas comestíveis sujeitas à deterioração por oxidação.
