Abstract

"MATERIAL COMPóSITO, SUBSTRATO PORTANDO UM REVESTIMENTO LUBRIFICANTE E PROCESSO DE DEPóSITO SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO DE UM REVESTIMENTO CONSTITUìDO POR UM MATERIAL COMPóSITO". A invenção refere-se a revestimento metálico lubrificante, e um processo para sua elaboração. O material que constitui o revestimento é um material compósito que compreende uma matriz metálica dentro da qual são repartidas partículas de talco em folhas, a matriz metálica é constituída por um metal escolhido dentre Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Cr, Cu, W, Mo, Zn, Au, Ag, Pb, Sn, ou por uma liga desses metais de vários metais, ou por uma liga metal-metalóide. O revestimento é obtido por um processo que consiste m efetuar um depósito eletrolítico utilizando-se uma solução de precursores da matriz metálica do revestimento que constitui além disso, partículas de talco em suspensão, modificadas na superfície por absorção irreversível de um composto derivado de celulose por substituição do todo ou parte dos grupos carboxilas.
