Abstract

本发明公开了一种涂层钨材,包括钨基材,在所述的钨基材上涂覆有厚度为3-30μm的TiN或Cu(余量)-(15-45)%Zn-(0.1-1.5)%Ni-(0.5-1)%Al2O3合金涂覆层。所述钨基材的组成为纯钨或W(余量)-2%Ni-1%Fe合金;所述钨基材的相对密度为纯钨理论密度的97-99.9%。本发明的涂层钨材,在保证钨基材料高的相对密度条件下,有效提高钨基材料表面的抗氧化性、耐磨性、耐汗渍腐蚀性和色彩鲜艳性等综合使用性能,使高密度钨基材料得到更广泛的应用。本发明产品制备简单,成本低廉,适合于常规生产工艺。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钨材,特别是涉及一种涂覆有涂层的高密度钨基材。
背景技术
高密度钨基材料被广泛用于国防军工、机械电子、航天航空、冶金矿山、石油煤炭、钟表饰品等领域。未涂层的钨材存在不耐磨、抗氧化性差、易汗渍腐蚀,以及色彩暗淡等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗氧化性、耐磨性、耐汗渍腐蚀性和色彩鲜艳性等综合使用性能较高的涂层钨材。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的涂层钨材,包括钨基材,钨基材的组成为纯钨或W(余量)-2%Ni-1%Fe合金,在所述的钨基材上涂覆有厚度为3-30μm的TiN或Cu(余量)-(15-45)%Zn-(0.1-1.5)%Ni-(0.5-1)%Al2O3合金涂覆层。
采用上述技术方案的涂层钨材,由于在钨基材上涂覆有TiN或铜合金涂层,可以在保证钨基材料高的相对密度条件下,有效提高钨基材料表面的抗氧化性、耐磨性、耐汗渍腐蚀性和色彩鲜艳性等综合使用性能,使高密度钨基材料得到更广泛的应用。本发明产品制备简单,成本低廉,适合于常规生产工艺。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
TiN涂层纯钨。
以相对密度为纯钨理论密度99.9%的纯钨为基材,以CVD或PVD方法涂覆TiN涂层,涂层的厚度为:3μm。
实施例2:
Cu(余量)-(15-45)%Zn-(0.1-1.5)%Ni-(0.5-1)%Al2O3合金涂层纯钨。
以相对密度为纯钨理论密度99.9%的纯钨为基材,以PVD方法涂覆Cu(余量)-(15-45)%Zn-(0.1-1.5)%Ni-(0.5-1)%Al2O3合金涂层,涂层的厚度为:30μm。
实施例3:
TiN涂层W(余量)-2%Ni-1%Fe合金。
以相对密度为纯钨理论密度97%的W(余量)-2%Ni-1%Fe合金为基材,以CVD或PVD方法涂覆TiN涂层,涂层的厚度为:30μm。
实施例4:
Cu(余量)-(15-45)%Zn-(0.1-1.5)%Ni-(0.5-1)%Al2O3合金涂层W(余量)-2%Ni-1%Fe合金。
以相对密度为纯钨理论密度97%的W(余量)-2%Ni-1%Fe合金为基材,以PVD方法涂覆Cu(余量)-(15-45)%Zn-(0.1-1.5)%Ni-(0.5-1)%Al2O3合金涂层,涂层的厚度为:3μm。

Claims (2)

1.一种涂层钨材,包括钨基材,其特征是:在所述的钨基材上涂覆有厚度为3-30μm的TiN或Cu(余量)-(15-45)%Zn-(0.1-1.5)%Ni-(0.5-1)%Al2O3合金涂覆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂层钨材,其特征是:所述钨基材的组成为纯钨或W(余量)-2%Ni-1%Fe合金;所述钨基材的相对密度为纯钨理论密度的97-99.9%。
