Abstract

"GRELHA DE COZIMENTO POR DISTRIBUIçãO DE CALOR COM ESTRUTURA DE CONTROLE DE GORDURA PARA UMA CHURRASQUEIRA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma grelha de cozimento (20) para uso dentro de uma montagem de churrasqueira (10). A grelha de cozimento (20) está localizada dentro de uma câmara de cozimento (12) da churrasqueira (10) e adjacente á fonte de calor (32). A grelha de cozimento (20) tem uma parte receptora de energia (37) e elementos de cozimento (44) dependendo da mesma. A porção de recepção de energia (37) da grelha de cozimento (20) recebe energia da fonte de calor (32). A energia recebida da porção de recepção de energia (37) da grelha de cozimento (20) é então conduzida através da grelha de cozimento (20) para elementos de cozimento (44) para cozinhar alimento na mesma. A presente invenção também fornece uma estrutura de controle de gordura (21) para a grelha (20) ajudar a direcionar o fluxo de gordura para longe dos queimadores (32).
