Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE AçO EM CHAPA DE FASE DUPLA E MéTODOS PARA GALVANIZAR E PARA PRODUZIR UMA TIRA DE AçO". Chapa de aço de fase dupla é produzida usando um ciclo de tempo/temperatura incluindo uma impregnação a cerca de 1340-1425<198>F e uma retenção a 850-920<198>F, onde o aço tem a composição em porcentual em peso, carbono: 0,02-0,20; alumínio: 0,010-0,150; titânio- 0,01 máx.; silício: 0,5 máx.; fósforo: 0,060 máx.; enxofre: 0,030 máx.; manganês: 1,5-2,40; cromo: 0,03-1,50; molibdênio: 0,03-1,50; com a ressalva que as quantidades de manganês, cromo e molibdênio têm o relacionamento: (Mn + 6Cr + 10Mo) = pelo menos 3,5%. A chapa é preferivelmente na forma de uma tira tratada em uma linha contínua de galvanização ou de galvanização e recozimento, e o produto é predominantemente ferrita e martensita.
