Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE REALIZAçãO DE UMA CINTA DE CHAPA LAMINADA A QUENTE COM ELEVADA RESISTêNCIA, UTILIZáVEL PARA A ENFORMAçãO E NOTADAMENTE PARA O CHAPEAMENTO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de realização de uma cinta de chapa laminada a quente com elevada resistência, utilizável para a enformação e notadamente para ser chapeada, caracterizado pelo fato de o aço de com a seguinte composição ponderal: 0,12% <243> carbono <243> 0,25%; 1% <243> manganês <243> 2%; 0,03% <243> alumínio <243>2,5%; 0,03% <243> silício <243> 2%; 0,04% <243> cromo <243> 2%; 0,02% <243> fósforo <243> 0,09%; enxofre <243> 0,01% e de maneira opcional titânio <243> 0,15%; nióbio <243> 0,15%; vanádio <243> 0,15%, o resto sendo o ferro e impurezas residuais, ser submetido a: - uma laminação à temperatura inferior a 880°C; - um primeiro resfriamento breve, feito em um tempo inferior a 10 segundos; - um segundo resfriamento controlado com uma velocidade de resfriamento V ref1 compreendida entre 20°C/segundo e 150°C/segundo, a temperatura do final do segundo resfriamento estando compreendida entre 700 e 750°C; - uma manutenção sobre uma faixa de temperatura; - um terceiro resfriamento igualmente controlado cuja velocidade está compreendida entre 20°C/segundo e 150°C/segundo, a temperatura do final do terceiro resfriamento estando compreendida entre 350 e 550°C.
