Abstract

"CATALISADOR MISTO DE óXIDO METáLICO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE áCIDO ACéTICO". Uma composição catalisadora e o seu uso para a oxidação de etano e/ou etileno em ácido acético, composição esta que compreende, em combinação com oxigênio, os elementos molibdênio, vanádio, nióbio e ouro na ausência de paládio de acordo com a fórmula empírica: Mo~ a~W~ b~Au~ c~V~ d~Nb~ e~Y~ f~ (I), onde Y é um ou mais elementos selecionados a partir do grupo que consiste em: Cr, Mn, Ta, Ti, B, Al, Ga, In, Pt, Zn, Cd, Bi, Ce, Co, Rh, Ir, Cu, Ag, Fe, Ru, Os, K, Rb, Cs, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zr, Hf, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Si, Sn, Tl, U, Re, Te e La e a, b, c, d, e e f representam as razões atómicas em gramas dos elementos de modo que: 0 < a <243> 1; 0 :<243> b < 1 e a+b = 1; 10^ -5^ < c <243> 0,02; 0,4 <243> d <243> 0,865; 0,135 <243> e <243> 0,23; 0,55 <243> d+e <243> 1 e 0 <243> f <243> 2.
