Abstract

"MéTODO DE CULTURA PARA CONTROLE DA COMPOSIçãO DE POLIéSTER DE COPOLìMERO". é pretendido desenvolver uma técnica por meio da qual a composição de um poliéster de copolímero biodegradável pode ser arbitrariamente controlada ao mesmo tempo em que garantindo uma alta produtividade em um custo baixo. Isto é, um método de cultura para a produção de um poliéster de copolímero empregando um microorganismo caracterizado pelo fato de que a velocidade de alimentação específica de uma gordura a ser empregada como uma fonte de carbono em um substrato é controlada em um nível definido por todo o período de cultura ou alterada na fase de crescimento da célula microbiana e na fase de acúmulo de poliéster durante a cultura porém controlada em um nível definido em cada fase. Um método de cultura para o controle da composição de um produto de poliéster de copolímero apropriadamente selecionando-se o tipo de gordura e/ou a velocidade de fornecimento específica da gordura a um substrato.
