Abstract

"MéTODO DE LINGOTAMENTO CONTìNUO DE AçO EM FUSãO PARA CHAPA METáLICA". Um método para lingotamento contínuo de aço em fusão para chapa fina, em que no lingotamento de aço acalmado ao alumínio, um refratário à base de CaO-MgO contendo 20% em massa ou mais de clínquer à base de CaO-MgO é usado pelo menos em uma porção em contato com o aço em fusão, em que 60% ou mais dos cristais de MgO contidos nas partículas do clínquer à base de CaO.MgO têm um diâmetro de partícula de 50 <109>m ou menos. No método, cristais de MgO no aço em fusão tem uma partícula reduzida, o que resulta na redução da frequência da ocorrência de arranhões quando eles são contidos como inclusões em um aço lingotado e o aço é laminado.
