Abstract

"UNIDADE DE INJEçãO DE SUBSTâNCIA QUìMICA SUBMARINA PARA INJEçãO DE ADITIVOS E SISTEMA DE MONITORAMENTO PARA OPERAçõES NO CAMPO PETROLìFERO". Um sistema monitora e controla a injeção de aditivos em fluidos de formação recuperados através de um poço submarino. O sistema inclui uma unidade de injeção de produto químico (150) e um controlador (152) posicionado em uma localização submarina remota. A unidade de injeção usa uma bomba para o suprimento de um ou mais aditivos selecionados a partir de uma unidade de suprimento submarina e/ou remota. O controlador opera a bomba para controlar a vazão de aditivo com base nos sinais providos por sensores que medem um parâmetro de interesse. Um sistema de um modo inclui uma instalação de superfície (110) para o suporte das atividades de injeção e monitoração de produto químico submarinas. Em uma modalidade, a instalação de superfície é uma sonda em alto-mar, que provê potência e tem um suprimento de produto químico que provê aditivo a uma ou mais unidades de injeção. Em uma outra modalidade, a instalação de superfície inclui uma bóia relativamente estacionária e uma embarcação de serviços móvel. Quando necessário, a embarcação de serviços transfere aditivos para as unidades de injeção de produto químico através da bóia.
