Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA MELHORAR O RENDIMENTO DA PRODUçãO DE PROTEìNA RECOMBINANTE DE PLANTAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para melhorar o rendimento de proteína recombinante produzida em plantas transformadas geneticamente. A invenção refere-se, mais especificamente, a um processo para prevenção de proteólise indesejável de proteínas recombinantes, após colheita da planta, durante processamento dos produtos das plantas. Especificamente, essa invenção focaliza a introdução dos inibidores de protease nas plantas, para prevenir proteólise indesejada de proteínas recombinantes quando do rompimento da célula durante o processo de extração.
